Hi,

I am Debashish Nandi. I am a PhD Research Scholar (Prime Minister's Research Fellow) in the Electrical Engineering Department of IIT Kanpur. My research interest is Semiconductor Device Modelling and Characterization of Nanoscale Devices. I am also interested in RFIC, and my research primarily focuses on modeling semiconductor devices for Radio Frequency applications in Advanced Communication Standards. My PhD Thesis advisor is  Prof. Yogesh Singh Chauhan.
