I am Debashish Nandi. I am a PhD Research Scholar in Electrical Engineering Department of IIT Kanpur. My research interest is Semiconductor Device Modelling and Characterization of Nanoscale Devices. I am also interested in RFIC and my research work is primarily focused on modelling of semiconductor devices for Radio Frequency applications in Advanced Communication Standards. My PhD Thesis advisor is  Prof. Yogesh Singh Chauhan.
